Charles Robert (Bob) Lindsey
Owner-Community Outreach Liaison and Waiver Support Coordinator
Bob is a graduate of East Lake High school in 2004. He went to earn his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Sciences from the University of South Florida in 2009. Bob went on to work at Middleton High school in 2009 as Co-Teacher with students with disabilities. From 2010-2013 Bob was a college football at North Carolina Tech and Becker College. In 2014-2016 Bob worked n at Marshall Middle school, Oldsmar Elementary School, and Gibbs High School as a teacher with students with disabilities.
During his time teaching Bob work with EMH, EBD, ESE, IVE, Moderate VE, Mild VE, ASD, and Physical Impaired Disabilities Education. In 2016, Bob started the Lindsey Advocacy Team to assist individual with developmental disabilities. Bob specialized as Community Outreach Liaison to local, state, and federal government to help advocate for our consumers and continue to expand the Home and Community Based Waiver Services.
In his free time, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, spending time with family and friends, yoga, fishing, golf, cooking, going to the beach and going to restaurants.
Nicole Lindsey-Schuck
Owner-Mentor and Waiver Support Coordinator
Nicole is a graduate of Countryside high school in 2000. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida in 2004 before beginning her career working with families and individuals with disabilities. She has over 16 years of experience working in social security, Medicaid, Medicare, HCBS wavier, Care’s waiver, mental health, medical case management, substance abuse, domestic violence, and refugee services. Nicole is a dedicated professional with strong organizational skills and thoroughness that is vital in ensuring the health and safety of the individuals she serves.
When Nicole is not workings, she is spending her free time with her family, watching Football, and going to the beach
Lynne Ballou
Lead and Mentor Waiver Support Coordinator
Lynne is a graduate of from Dixie Hollins High School in 1973. She went on to attend and graduated from Troy University with a BS in Accounting in 1978. She began her work with Developmental Disabilities, Elder services, social security, Medicaid, Medicare, HCBS wavier, Care’s waiver, mental health, medical case management, substance abuse, as social worker in 1986 and continue work with state agencies until 2002. She worked with state of Florida through all the changes from Health and Rehabilitate Services to Department of Children and Families to and Agency for People with Disabilities Lynne was the original Waiver Administrator for District 5 during the original transition to waiver

As an Administrator, Lynne helped develop the forms and policies that govern the Home and Community Based Waiver Services. She also worked closely with Medicaid in the development of the Home and Community Based Waiver Services policies and procedures. She was tasked and implemented the pilot program for the state of Florida District 5 during the inception of the waiver. Along with her vast knowledge with waiver she worked with providers and consumer in writing federal and private grants. Lynne retired from the state of Florida in 2002 and became a support coordinator. In 2003, Lynne opened up an agency called Lynk Services. Lynk Services at one point was 3 rd largest agency services individuals with developmental disabilities in the state of Florida. Lynk services was closed 2010 so Lynne could focus on her health and family. Since then, Lynne have been a waiver support coordinator as an independent provider until joining Lindsey Advocacy Team in 2020. With 35 years’ experience, Lynne is the most tenured member of Lindsey Advocacy Team. Lynne is our lead waiver support coordinator and is designated mentor for our developmental program to train and supervisor our waiver support coordinators.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her dog, trying new restaurants, reading, and having fun with her granddaughter.
Melissa Lindsey
Waiver Support Coordinator
Melissa attended and graduated from Osceola -Kissimmee in 2005. Melissa went on to attend and graduate from the University of South Florida in 2009 and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Melissa started her career in social work in 2009 in Foster Care Case Manager with Eckard Connects. In 2012 Melissa accepted case management supervisor in the child welfare field with Gulf Coast Jewish and Family Services and continued to work there until 2014. In 2014, Melissa began her work in medical case management with adults with HIV with EPIC/ASAP a subsidiary of EPIC Hospice.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, spending time with family and friends, yoga, reading, going to the beach and going to restaurants.
